Michael Zerafa, M.D.
Raised in Troy, Michigan, Dr. Zerafa is married with two children. He earned his undergraduate degree from Wayne State University in Detroit then his M.D. from Michigan State in East Lansing, then his residency at Genesys Regional Medical Center. In addition to his primary care training, Dr. Zerafa has taken extra interest in longevity/precision medicine, nutrition and weight loss. In his free time he enjoys spending time with family, coaching, and the Detroit Lions.

Dr. Zerafa currently serves as a Major in the Army Reserve 366th Surgical Detachment of the 256th Field Hospital. He has over 12 years of service including deployment to Kuwait and Iraq in support of Operation Spartan Shield and Operation Enduring Freedom.

Raised in Livonia Michigan, Lisa Hill, certified Family Nurse Practitioner is married with 3 children. She earned her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, then her Masters of Science in Nursing (Family Nurse Practitioner) from Michigan State University in East Lansing,.
Lisa worked as a Registered Nurse at Genesys Hospital for 5 years working in med-surg and ICU before completing her Masters degree. She then proceeded to work for 3 years as a Nurse Practitioner in Electrophysiology helping to treat heart arrhythmias. In her free time she enjoys running, biking, and swimming to train for sprint triathlon events.

Raised in Goodrich, Michigan, Rheannon McDonald is a Physician Assistant, board certified by the National Commission on Certification for Physician Assistants. She is married, with three kids and lives in Grand Blanc. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Central Michigan University in Mt. Pleasant, then her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Detroit Mercy. Rheannon has worked as a PA in the field of Cardiology since graduating in 2004 and most recently in Cardiology and Electrophysiology at Ascension Genesys Hospital for the last 10 years. In her free time she enjoys spending time in northern Michigan with her family and friends. She stays busy following her kids activities and sports and loves yoga, running and cooking.

Raised in Flint, MI, Shannon Gracz, has 3 adult children who are all married plus 9 grandchildren. She earned her Associates of Applied Science from Ross College, where she is also an Online College Instructor.
Shannon has worked in Family Practice for 13 years after doing a short stint in Gastroenterology. In her free time she enjoys crafting, spending time with her grandchildren and time away at her 2nd home in Northern Michigan.

Raised in Linden, MI, Gabriel Hay is a pre-medical student at Aquinas College in Grand Rapids and he is currently applying to medical schools. He has previously worked in Orthopedics and has a passion for learning more about medicine. Gabe spends his free time with family, strength training, working on car projects, and snowboarding.

Raised in Holly, MI, Megan has studied health sciences for the last 6 years. 2 years in high school through a dual enrollment college class where she earned her patient care technician licenses and the last 4 years in family medicine. She has also been a part of her local fire department for the last 5 years. She earned her Associates of General Studies from Oakland Community College, where she was an honor student and took as many health science classes as possible.
