Michael Zerafa, M.D.

Raised in Troy, Michigan, Dr. Zerafa is married with two children.  He earned his undergraduate degree from Wayne State University in Detroit then his M.D. from Michigan State in East Lansing, then his residency at Genesys Regional Medical Center.  In addition to his primary care training, Dr. Zerafa has taken extra interest in longevity/precision medicine, nutrition and weight loss.   In his free time he enjoys spending time with family, coaching, and the Detroit Lions.

Military

  • Dr. Zerafa currently serves as a Major in the Army Reserve 366th Surgical Detachment of the 256th Field Hospital. He has over 12 years of service including deployment to Kuwait and Iraq in support of Operation Spartan Shield and Operation Enduring Freedom.

Lisa Hill, FNP

Raised in Livonia Michigan, Lisa Hill, certified Family Nurse Practitioner is married with 3 children. She earned her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, then her Masters of Science in Nursing (Family Nurse Practitioner) from Michigan State University in East Lansing,.

Lisa worked as a Registered Nurse at Genesys Hospital for 5 years working in med-surg and ICU before completing her Masters degree. She then proceeded to work for 3 years as a Nurse Practitioner in Electrophysiology helping to treat heart arrhythmias. In her free time she enjoys running, biking, and swimming to train for sprint triathlon events.

Shannon Gracz, CMA(AAMA)

 

Raised in Flint, MI, Shannon Gracz, has 3 adult children who are all married plus  9 grandchildren. She earned her Associates of Applied Science from Ross College, where she is also an Online College Instructor. 

Shannon has worked in Family Practice for 13 years after doing a short stint in Gastroenterology. In her free time she enjoys crafting, spending time with her grandchildren and time away at her 2nd home in Northern Michigan.
